Code Aster Hotline
   Objective
 
The purpose of the hotline is to provide our customers with quality and reactive support to assist them in their use of Code_Aster.

 
 
 
   Principle

A customer who subscribes can contact the hotline at any time to submit a problem, an error , a need for example , a need for tricks...   In return, the hotline opens   a ticket and  estimates the  duration of  the intervention . If the customer agrees, the request is accepted and the duration of the intervention will be charged  on  the subscription contract .
   Options
 
Two subscription options for a period of 12 months are proposed:
  • 10 hours of hotline
  • or 30 hours of hotline
